We process all orders within 1-2 business days. UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after shipping. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Most of our soaps are gentle enough for sensitive skin. We specifically recommend our Oatmeal Honey Soap for very sensitive skin types. If you have specific allergies or concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Yes! We offer eco-friendly gift wrapping for all our products. You can add gift wrapping to your order during checkout. We can also include a personalized note with your gift.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened soap products unless they are defective. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
